Softball Savings Shipping Information

Softball Savings continually negotiates with top shippers to provide the lowest possible shipping charges available. Softball Savings is proud to utilize the services of UPS for most shipping. USPS is also available on select orders.

Orders placed choosing standard shipping method placed before 12:00 PM Central Standard Time, (M-F) and air shipping method placed before 3 p.m. Central Standard Time with in-stock merchandise will be shipped the same business day. Special Order items will be shipped promptly after verification.

For items that are "Shipped From Manufacturer," please allow 3-7 additional days for processing before shipment. Some items "Shipped From Manufacturer" may have an additional shipping fee.

In stock items may SHIP AHEAD, when backordered items are also included in an order. If an order is SHIPPED AHEAD and the shipping method is by air, (Next Business Day or 2nd Day Air) the backordered items will ship via UPS Ground when received. (Backordered items are shipped UPS Ground because the majority of the Next Business Day or 2nd Day Air charges are attached to the first item/weight to be shipped. Most of the time additional items are only an incremental part of the entire shipping charge. To keep from having to charge the customer an additional charge, Softball Savings ships additional items via UPS Ground at Softball Savings's expense). You will not be billed for any additional shipping. International orders will not be SHIPPED AHEAD.

International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination.

UPS International / Air Shipping

The following explains the services offered by UPS to Softball Savings customers:

UPS Next Business Day	Guaranteed delivery by the end of the NEXT UPS BUSINESS DAY to most cities within the 48 contiguous states.
UPS 2nd Day Air	Delivery in 2 business days in most areas of the US and Puerto Rico.
UPS Worldwide Express	Delivery in 2 business days in most major destinations including over 290 cities in Europe.
UPS Worldwide Expedited	Delivery within two business days to most destinations in Canada. Within three business days to Mexico. Within three to four business days to major destinations in Europe. Within four to five business days to major destinations in Asia and Central and South America.

International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination. You must contact your local Department of Commerce for any duty and taxes that may be added. Softball Savings orders only include the cost of the item and the shipping. Any duty or taxes may be added at the time of delivery.

International orders will not be SHIPPED AHEAD. (see above reference to SHIP AHEAD)

Important: If you are ordering in-stock merchandise on Thursday after 3 PM CST or Friday, you may choose Saturday Service if you would like to receive your shipment on Saturday. This option is available on our web site. Use the comments section of the Purchase Order Page and enter "Saturday Delivery". There will be a $10.00 added fee to the shipping fee for Saturday deliveries. Saturday Delivery is not available in some areas. Saturday or Sunday will not be counted as shipping days with all other services.
