Return Or Exchange Online - It's Easy - Follow These Simple Steps
1. Log into "Account" or click "Order Status/Tracking" in top navigation.
    Click here to go to "Order Status/Tracking"

2. In "Order History", select the order number you wish to return/exchange.

3. Click the "Return/Exchange Request" button next to the product you wish to return/exchange.

4. From the drop-down menu, select your return/exchange reason.

5. Choose your UPS Authorized Return Service (ARS) method (see details below).

6. Click "submit" to process your return/exchange request.

Completion of these steps will provide a link to print a shipping label.

Returns - UPS Drop Off - Your Cost $5.75*
UPS offers over 70,000 access points, including UPS drop boxes. Go to UPS.com to find a convenient UPS location. You can also drop off at any UPS Store, authorized shipping outlet or with any UPS driver. Packages must fit inside the drop box. Do not leave on or near the drop box.
Returns - UPS Pick Up - Your Cost $7.25*
For only $1.50 extra, simply call 1-800-742-5877 with the tracking number from your return label to schedule a pick-up at your home or office.
*The return cost will be deducted from your merchandise credit or refund. UPS Authorized Return Service is only available to our customers in the Continental US.
